Terms of service

These business terms are between ASPIREVERSE LTD and the salon business creating a Styld account. Styld provides booking-storefront and salon-management software. It is not a salon, marketplace or party to the appointment contract between a salon and its customer.

Business use and authority

You confirm that you use Styld for a trade or business and have authority to bind that business. You are responsible for accurate salon identity, prices, availability, service descriptions, customer policies and all licences, insurance and professional obligations applying to your services.

Subscription and payment

Styld is £49 per month unless another written price applies. Billing begins when the approved storefront launches. Stripe processes subscription payments. You can cancel future renewal through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Prices are shown before checkout and any applicable tax treatment will be stated there.

Customer bookings and deposits

Appointments are made directly with the salon. The salon is responsible for delivery, cancellations, refunds, disputes and customer communications. Optional deposits are direct charges on the salon's connected Stripe account. Styld takes no booking commission or application fee.

Data protection

Our Data Processing Agreement applies when we process salon customer data. You must provide lawful customer-facing notices, use personal information only for legitimate salon purposes and respond to customer-rights requests. Our privacy notice explains processing where AspireVerse acts as controller.

Acceptable use

Do not use Styld for unlawful, misleading, infringing or unsafe content; upload customer records into AI onboarding; probe another salon's data; or interfere with service security. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the service or legal compliance.

AI output is a draft, not a factual source or exclusive brand right. You must review generated copy, service details and imagery before publishing, and you remain responsible for having the rights to uploaded material and for confirming that published claims accurately describe your salon.

The first storefront is reviewed before publication. You remain responsible for the accuracy of services, prices, availability, policies and the right to publish submitted text and images.

Availability and liability

We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Features may change or be withdrawn. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for Styld in the preceding 12 months, and we are not responsible for salon services, lost anticipated profit or indirect loss.

Ending the service

You may initiate account deletion from Settings. The salon is unpublished immediately and deletion is scheduled after 30 days, subject to documented legal retention. We may end the agreement for material breach, non-payment or where continuing the service would be unlawful.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
